- In case FIT flight inclusive package, full amount of flight will be payable at the time of booking.

- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
- All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability
- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
- Price on website //quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.

- IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Package must be booked 48 hrs prior to the departure.
- Price may fluctuate according to the availability of the rooms
- Twin/ Double Sharing rate valid for blood related guests only.
- Land Quarantine arrangement can be booked if the ticket is via J9/ WY / XY.
- Above cost is PER PERSON cost in respective occupancy
- PCR test results to be received within 24 to 48 hours.
- Guests must check their eligibility for travel by the concerned countries and obtain the required permits and / or permissions, if needed.
- The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet.
- Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events and Trade fairs.
- Issuance of visa is solely under the discretion of the Consulates / Embassies. Our role is to assist you in submission of visa and guide you with the formalities. We do not hold any responsibility in case of any rejection of visas. Cancellation policy will be still applicable even if the visas get rejected.
- If the Covid Test (PCR) is Positive then as per Government Quarantine stay might extend as per rules and any additional which passenger will on own directly
